It is a highly regarded criminal and regulatory law chambers, now operating from modern premises in the centre of London''s legal district. Chambers is seeking to recruit a highly effective and organised individual with a proactive, "can-do" attitude and a willingness to take on a variety of tasks. This standalone role plays a key part in both the day-to-day oversight and long-term operations of Chambers. The ideal candidate will offer energy and commitment, providing a significant role in the delivery and administration of core aspects of Chambers'' operations. Key duties include: Facilities Management Managing onboarding, filing staff contracts, and general support as required Management of supplies and external (supplier) relationships IT - troubleshooting and acting as the first point of contact Supporting the Pupillage ("graduate recruitment") process Policies, Compliance (inc. GDPR and Cyber) and Insurance Management Ad hoc support to the Marketing function The role is offered on a part-time basis, initially, with the core hours of 25 hours per week (ideally delivered evenly Mon-Fri) with a possibility of increasing the hours at a later date.
