The provision focuses on creating a positive, structured and nurturing learning environment where students can develop their confidence, manage their emotions and re-engage with education.The provision is looking to appoint a dedicated Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant for short-term or long-term placements, with an ASAP start.
