Challenging Behaviour LSA
The RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:Support pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Encourage pupils'' social, emotional, and academic development.Help manage behaviour positively and consistently.Promote independence while providing appropriate support tailored to individual needs.The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:Has experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential).Is patient, empathetic, and resilient.Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.Is committed to creating a positive learning environment.What We OfferWorking hours of 8:40am - 3:30pm, Monday to Friday.A supportive and welcoming school environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people.Competitive rates of pay.Whether you have previous SEN experience or are looking to begin a rewarding career supporting children with additional learning needs, we''d love to hear from you. ..... full job details .....
