Challenge Events Officer Role Overview The Talent Set are delighted to partner with an amazing Health Charity on a fantastic Challenge Events Officer role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to coordinate impactful challenge events that raise vital funds and awareness. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless event execution and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Organise and oversee challenge events from planning through to delivery, ensuring objectives are met. Liaise with participants, volunteers, and external partners to deliver exceptional event experiences. Manage all logistical arrangements, including venue, transportation, and safety protocols. Implement promotional activities to maximise participant engagement and event visibility. Monitor and evaluate event performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety standards and adhere to relevant policies and regulations. Person Specification Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage various stakeholders effectively. Ability to work independently with a proactive and adaptable approach. Experience in event planning, preferably within a charity or similar organisation. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage unexpected challenges.
