CASL is seeking a new Chair of the Board to lead the organisation through its next phase of strategic development following the retirement of the current Chair. Supporting a committed and values-led Board of Trustees to shape the charity for the future, you will also work closely with the CEO, providing support, challenge and strategic guidance, ensuring strong organisational performance and impact in order to achieve the best support for our clients. You will work closely at Board level with our partner Citizens Advice organisations across Lincolnshire and with the wider Citizens Advice network nationally.
