As we prepare to launch our bold Strategy, we are looking for an inspiring, networked cultural leader to step into the role of Chair of the Board of Trustees (or join as part of a Co-Chair model) and help us tackle ageism and connect the generations. Why this role stands out: You will take post in April 2027, right at the launch of our strategy co-created with over 60 community stakeholders. You''ll help us create London''s first Intergenerational Borough in Tower Hamlets, forge exciting arts and cultural venue partnerships, and launch a 40th-anniversary physical and digital archive. You will lead a stable, healthy charity holding £150,000 in unrestricted reserves (50% above policy), anchored by Arts Council England NPO status and strong Trust and Foundation funding.
