We are now seeking an experienced Chair who can steer us through this transformation, whilst maintaining our private rented and leasehold portfolio. Sutton Living is a wholly owned housing company of the London Borough of Sutton, with a background in development, that today holds a portfolio of private rented and leasehold properties. Since 2024 we have also been acquiring homes to let as affordable housing, with nomination rights for the Council to ease homelessness and temporary accommodation pressures. We are now establishing a charitable Community Benefit Society (CBS) to unlock grant funding - including from the GLA - and significantly increase our capacity to deliver affordable housing supply for the Borough.
