Lead the security and automation strategy behind one of the UK''s most significant Defence digital transformation programmes.

We''re looking for an experienced Lead DevSecOps Engineer to drive secure software delivery across a complex, multi-cloud environment supporting critical UK Defence capabilities.

This is a highly visible role where you''ll shape DevSecOps standards, influence engineering teams, and ensure security is embedded throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Leading DevSecOps practices across multiple digital products
• Designing and improving secure CI/CD and GitOps pipelines
• Embedding security scanning, vulnerability management and compliance controls
• Driving Infrastructure as Code adoption and governance
• Implementing secrets management, IAM and policy enforcement
• Enhancing observability through monitoring, logging and audit capabilities
• Collaborating with developers, testers, infrastructure and security teams to deliver secure-by-design solutions

What We''re Looking For

• Ability to influence engineering standards across distributed teams
