Job Description Lead and oversee all financial operations, reporting directly to the CEO and Board Ensure compliance with UK regulatory and market reporting requirements Drive strategic planning, forecasting, and investor relations Manage relationships with external auditors, institutional investors, and key stakeholders Partner with the CEO and executive team to support MandA, cost optimisation, and operational improvements Lead, mentor, and strengthen the finance function, with a focus on building long-term capability The Successful Applicant This role would suit an experienced interim CFO who is looking for a short term role with the opportunity to make high impact. Ideally you would be available to start a role by the end August and commit to 4/6 months to take this business through Year End in December.
