CF - Residential Childcare Worker - NIGHTS

As a Night Support Practitioner, you''ll be there during the quietest hours offering calm, steady support when it''s most needed. Whether it''s settling worries, offering a reassuring presence, or simply being someone who listens, you''ll help children feel safe and cared for through the night. You''ll be working in one of our small, homely houses, where children live as part of the local community and attend our purpose-built school nearby. Everything we do is about creating structure, comfort and the space to grow and that includes night-time too. Although your shifts are overnight, you''re very much part of the wider team. You''ll work closely with others who share your passion for understanding behaviour, building trust, and supporting the whole child not just managing the moment. We''d love to hear from you if you''ve got an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3, plus some experience in care or education. But if you''ve got the right values, patience, and a genuine desire to support children through challenging moments, we''ll give you all the training you need.
