This is a hands-on role for a skilled machinist with strong manual centreless grinding experience, working to tight tolerances in a quality-driven environment. Reporting to the Production Manager, you''ll be responsible for setting and running centreless grinding machines, supporting secondary operations, and contributing to continuous improvement and on-time delivery.
