The postholder will be expected to embody, champion and promote these values in all aspects of leadership, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that all interactions reflect WAVE''s commitment to trauma-informed, person-centred care. They will also be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Centre and the activities delivered at this location. Salary: £42,839 per annum Location: 5 Chichester Park South, Belfast, BT15 5DW Hours of Work: 37.5hrs per week Monday to Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am 4.30pm 1 day work from home Due to the nature of the role, the post holder may be required to work evenings and weekends on occasional basis to meet operational needs.
