Oversee daily operations, staffing, and health and safetyInspire, lead, and support an awesome teamMaintain top-tier customer service and a welcoming, inclusive vibeOrganise events, workshops, and competitionsKeep an eye on budgets, stock, and site performanceHelp drive growth through community engagement and innovative ideasQualifications and Ideal Candidate
