Oversee daily operations, staffing, and health and safetyInspire, lead, and support an awesome teamMaintain top-tier customer service and a welcoming, inclusive vibeOrganise events, workshops, and competitionsKeep an eye on budgets, stock, and site performanceHelp drive growth through community engagement and innovative ideasLead in a dynamic, hands-on environment with proactive problem-solvingQualifications and Skills
