Job Title: Fast Fit Centre ManagerLocation: Hampshire (Multiple sites)Salary: 40,000- 50,000 plus bonus and travel Hours: Full-time / PermanentReports To: Regional / Area Manager Job PurposeTo lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a busy automotive fast fit centre, ensuring exceptional customer service, high-quality workmanship, and strong financial performance. The Centre Manager is responsible for motivating the team, driving sales, maintaining standards, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily running of the fast fit centre, including staffing, workflow, and productivity.Lead, motivate, and develop a team of technicians and service advisors to achieve business objectives.Drive sales of tyres, brakes, exhausts, batteries, and vehicle servicing.Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.Deliver outstanding customer service and handle any issues or complaints professionally.Monitor and achieve financial targets, including sales, profit margins, and cost control.Maintain stock levels, order parts, and manage supplier relationships effectively.Oversee health and safety compliance and ensure a clean, safe working environment.Implement company policies, processes, and promotional campaigns.Produce accurate reports and communicate centre performance to senior management.
