The role will ensure high standards of teaching, learning, assessment, safeguarding and learner support, while meeting contractual, financial and quality requirements. The Centre Manager will lead and develop staff, monitor learner and centre performance, and work closely with the Head of Education and Senior Management Team to drive continuous improvement and positive learner outcomes.
