Lead and develop a team to achieve high standards of customer service and satisfaction.Drive business performance and manage daily operations at the autocentre.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.Manage high sales turnover and monitor KPIs to achieve targets.Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, providing in-the-moment coaching and training.Utilise in-house systems and demonstrate good time management.Benefits
