This role focuses on delivering excellent customer journeys, driving performance and leading a high-performing team at Halfords Autocentres.Responsibilities

Lead the centre team to deliver an excellent customer journey and customer satisfaction.Drive business performance and manage day-to-day centre operations.Provide in-the-moment coaching and development for team members.Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and other relevant standards.Manage KPI targets and support achievement of high sales turnover.Communicate effectively with staff and customers to maintain service quality.Qualifications

Fantastic leadership and team management skills within the automotive or a similar industry.Experience delivering high customer satisfaction and effective management.Engaging, coaching-based approach to team development and training.Experience meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety.IT proficient, with willingness to learn in-house systems.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good time management and organisational ability.A current valid driving licence.Experience with high sales turnover and managing KPIs.Benefits
