Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and performance of the training centre and Study Programme provision, including SEND delivery. Have overall responsibility for the learner journey, ensuring effective admissions, engagement, retention, achievement, progression and positive destinations. Effectively performance manage staff through regular reviews, observations, coaching and development, addressing under-performance and implementing clear improvement actions where required.
