Efficient Communication: Manage the switchboard professionally, promptly relay messages, and ensure timely responses to emails and complaints. Showroom and Facility Maintenance: Keep the showroom and promotional materials well-organised, clean, and fully stocked. Tracking and Reporting: Record showroom footfall, sales inquiry sources, and maintain an appointment diary; provide weekly updates to the Sales Department.
