Ensuring client satisfaction and customer excellence is achieved and services are delivered to agreed standards. Main Duties: Ensuring cleaning activities are carried out to the highest standards. Duties will include: mopping, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, emptying bins. You will be responsible for the offices, public areas, toilets, kitchens. Ensure all faulty equipment is reported to the line manager. Communicate any health and safety concerns or issues with your line managers. Take responsibility for ensuring that cleaning equipment is maintained and fit for purpose before and after each evening. Ensure cleaning equipment you have been using is cleaned correctly, maintained and used efficiently and stored correctly ready for the next time of use.
