Key responsibilities:
- Lead and elevate the central sales team.
- Curate and strengthen relationships with brokers and agents.
- Drive conversion of enquiries into viewing experiences.
- Maintain close partnerships with top brokerages.
- Oversee CRM strategy.
- Coach and develop Sales Executives.
