Central Planning Co-ordinator

We''re looking for a Central Planning Co-ordinator to join our Planning and Support team at Whistl North. Working closely with the Planning Supervisor, Network Planning Manager, and Transport Planning team, you''ll support the day-to-day planning of collections and deliveries across our network while helping to ensure operational efficiency and excellent service levels. This is a varied role that combines transport planning support, reporting, administration, system management, and stakeholder communication, making it ideal for someone with experience in a transport or logistics environment who enjoys working in a fast-paced operational setting. Monitor volumes against available capacity and highlight any issues to the Planning team. Communicate effectively with drivers, depots, transport teams, and operational colleagues. Work closely with Customer Service and Commercial teams to fulfil customer collection requests. Maintain and update transport systems, ensuring data accuracy and overall system housekeeping.
