As Cellar Manager, we are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cellar Person to support the smooth running of our cellars. This role is primarily focused on cellar management, including handling deliveries, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean and organised cellar.

The Cellar Manager role itself
* Basically, manage the cellars!
* To take charge and control the organisation of stocks and deliveries whilst managing budget lines for the cellar.
* To manage the cellar budget ensuring all invoices are checked and processed correctly following company policy and to deal with any discrepancies of orders and invoices in a swift and efficient manner.
* Rotate stock to ensure proper stock control and minimise waste.
* Keep the cellar clean, organised, and compliant with hygiene standards
* Ensure correct storage conditions for all beverages.
* To be present for and oversee all internal and external stocktakes and audits.

You, our next Cellar Manager
* Minimum of 2 years managing the cellar operation in an events and catering environment.
* Proven track record of managing internal stocktakes and observation of external audits.
* Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
* Experience using a diary management systems.
* Strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication skills, internally and externally.
* Demonstrate a high level of organisation and time management.
* Excellent record keeping.
