As Cell Leader, you''ll guide a skilled team through the full spectrum of finishing operations. You''ll be responsible for:

• Leading and mentoring your team to meet performance goals and overcome challenges.
• Driving quality through self-inspection and technical oversight.
• Implementing KPIs and procedures to ensure continuous improvement.
• Recruiting and onboarding new team members with structured induction plans.
• Holding regular team communications, setting expectations, and monitoring wellbeing.
• Optimising workloads and skill alignment to meet departmental targets.
