The Role
As a Cell Leader, you will be responsible for managing one production line, leading a team of operatives within this food manufacturing business. This is a hands on leadership role focused on achieving food safety, quality, and operational targets in a fast moving, chilled food manufacturing environment.
You’ll be responsible for assigning roles, completing documentation, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring compliance with GMP and health and safety standards. You will rotate across different product areas within this food business. 
 
Key Responsibilities

- Achieve GMP scores above and plan attainment
- Complete CCP and traceability documentation accurately
- Monitor and improve line performance, reduce waste
- Support and train permanent and temporary team members
- Raise health and safety concerns proactively
- Maintain compliance with food safety and audit standards

 
 
What You’ll Need

- Previous food manufacturing experience (essential)
- Experience in high-risk food environments (beneficial)
- Proven team leadership experience
- Strong background in quality control and auditing
- Problem-solving ability in fast-paced settings
- Confident communicator, able to work in multilingual environments
