Temporary Chef de Partie (CDP) in contract means working at a variety of client sites (corporate offices, events, colleges and venues). The role focuses on providing essential support to the kitchen team.

What the role involves:

Locations:andnbsp;Corporate Buildings, Events, In-House / Contract Catering sites.
Duties:andnbsp;Cooking specific sections, the ability to work as part of a team in diverse settings, prepare, cook and present dishes according to recipes and quality standards, keeping your station spotless and well stocked.
Contract Type:andnbsp;Flexible, Temporary with opportunity for ongoing work.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie with at least one year''s experience in the UK
Full Uniform: Chefandrsquo;s whites, own knives, kitchen safety shoes
Level 2 Food Safety and Allergen Awareness certificates (must-have, if you do not hold we can provide free training to receive this).
The ability to follow instructions and always remain professional.
A strong work ethic, with the ability to keep busy.
The ability to work in high-volume kitchens that are demanding and fast paces.
Must be available for core hours 07:00-16:30 Monday to Friday
