CDP - Leatherhead

Chef de Partie

You will be part of a team of three chefs and a kitchen porter ensuring that our members and guests have a delicious dining experience every day. You will be responsible for general food prep and service on the day to day bar menu and also assist in prepping and serving the many functions we cater for week to week. You will ensure HACCP procedures are followed and that your work area is spotless at the end of every shift. You will also have responsibility for the kitchen and its smooth operation when the Head Chef is off.

You could join us at a very exciting time, as we are currently undergoing a £750k refurbishment of our FandB areas, including the kitchen. Ability to bring ideas to develop the menu and daily specials would be an advantage.

Our Ideal Applicant:
