About the Role
Based in Bristol but operating at an educational site in central Cardiff, this temporary CDP position requires a reliable chef for up to 35 hours weekly. Shifts typically run from 11am to 7.30pm, though flexibility is essential. You will prepare and cook food to a consistent standard, support hospitality functions, and work across both main and satellite kitchens. Efficiency during busy services and strict adherence to hygiene regulations are key. The role offers weekly pay with holiday accrual. Weandrsquo;re looking for experienced and reliable Chefs to join a busy catering operation at an educational site in Cardiff.

What youandrsquo;ll be doing
- Working as part of a busy kitchen team
- Preparing and cooking high-quality food to a consistent standard
- Supporting hospitality and events when required
- Working across the main and satellite kitchens
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth service
What weandrsquo;re looking for
- Previous experience working as a CDP Chef
- A reliable and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen procedures
- Someone who takes pride in their work and is keen to become part of a strong team
- Previous experience within education, contract catering or a similar environment would be an advantage
