Field Based - West Midlands (Projects across Midlands incl. Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Birmingham)

Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Flexibility may be needed for future projects

We are seeking an experienced CDM Site Manager to act as Principal Contractor''s lead on NERS HV projects, delivering 11kV/33kV contestable works safely and compliantly through to adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discharge Principal Contractor duties under CDM 2015

• Manage Construction Phase Plans, RAMS, and overall site compliance

• Lead HV safety controls including permits, switching, isolations, and SAP/AP coordination

• Oversee delivery of 11kV/33kV cable routes, substations, jointing, civils, testing & commissioning

• Ensure works meet adoptable DNO standards

• Manage inspections, testing, quality documentation & adoption packs

• Act as main site interface with DNOs, clients & stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven NERS HV project delivery experience to adoption

• Strong knowledge of 11kV / 33kV distribution networks

• Experience managing permit-controlled HV environments

• SMSTS, CSCS (Manager), First Aid

• NEBOSH, NRSWA or Temporary Works experience desirable
