Key Responsibilities Review and familiarise yourself with existing organisational CDM procedures, standards and processes , with particular focus on requirements relating to the Principal Designer role. Take ownership of Principal Designer-related procedures, documentation and processes across the assigned projects and work packages. Ensure all internal and external designers understand and comply with their duties and responsibilities under CDM Regulations . Establish and facilitate regular meetings with Clients, Principal Contractors, Principal Designers, Engineering teams and other relevant project stakeholders.
