They provide technical, advisory, design, engineering, environmental, and project management services across the built and natural environment. This is a project delivery-focused role providing expert CDM and H&S advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of construction, infrastructure, utilities, energy, healthcare, education, manufacturing and engineering projects. Key Responsibilities Act as Principal Designer in accordance with CDM 2015. Advise clients and project teams on health and safety compliance. Coordinate and manage design risk throughout the pre-construction phase. Review designs to identify and mitigate health and safety risks. Lead design risk workshops and stakeholder meetings.
