As a CDM Principal Designer, you will lead the delivery of projects across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, retail, refurbishment, education, healthcare and many more. Using your understanding of design risk management to eliminate risk at the early design stages. The role would suit an Architect or Design professional with a strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 and previous experience acting as CDM Principal Designer.
