CDM Principal Designer

A flexible Compliance Consultancy are seeking a CDM Principal Designer due to growth. You will work be given full autonomy to organise your calendar to your way of working, whilst you work in a wider team of experienced CDM Principal Designers.

The CDM Principal Designer will have access to large scale projects over a wide range of sectors, including new-build commercial, healthcare, complex residential and infrastructure.

This offers the CDM Principal Designer the opportunity to expand their sector experience whilst work from a friendly consultancy remotely. The team meet up at least once a month, sometimes twice.

The CDM Principal Designer role

The successful CDM Principal Designer will mitigate risk within design stage, conduct site audits when required, collate Pre-Construction Information, review and compile Construction Phase Plans and manage the H&S file, whilst working towards handover to the Principal Contractor.

The CDM Principal Designer

The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have at least 3 years of experience within a CDM Principal Designer / Advisor role.

The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have a NEBOSH Construction Certificate.

The CDM Principal Designer suitable for this role will have a TechIOSH Membership.

The salary is negotiable dependant on your ability and experience but as a guide:
