This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive health and safety professional with a strong understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations to join a collaborative team working across a diverse range of construction projects.Key Responsibilities for this CDM Principal Designer role:Act as the Principal Designer in accordance with CDM 2015 RegulationsPlan, manage, monitor, and coordinate health and safety throughout the pre-construction phaseIdentify, eliminate, or reduce foreseeable design risks through effective risk managementCoordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure statutory compliancePrepare Pre-Construction Information (PCI)Ensure designers fulfil their duties under CDM 2015Lead design risk review meetings and workshopsLiaise with Principal Contractors to support effective risk management throughout projectsPrepare, review, and hand over the Health and Safety File upon project completionAdvise clients on their responsibilities under CDM RegulationsKeep up to date with health and safety legislation and industry best practiceSupport the business with accreditation processes where requiredKey Requirements for this CDM Principal Designer role:Minimum of 7 years'' experience within a CDM, Health and Safety, or Design role in the construction ..... full job details .....
