This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CDM professional to take a lead role on a diverse range of projects across the housing, education, and commercial sectors.You''ll be responsible for delivering Principal Designer services, supporting the development of the business in the region, and providing expert health and safety advice throughout the design and construction phases. This role offers autonomy, project variety, and the chance to influence health and safety culture across the built environment.What You''ll Be DoingAdvise clients on their duties under CDM 2015Act as the Principal Designer and main point of contact on allocated projectsEngage with design teams to identify and mitigate design risksManage and compile pre-construction informationConduct design risk reviews and ensure legal compliance across the project lifecycleCoordinate with key stakeholders to maintain safety standards at every stagePrepare and issue project-specific Health and Safety files upon completionProvide internal CDM and health and safety advice to design and project teams What You''ll BringA construction-related degree (or equivalent qualification)A minimum of 3 years'' post-qualification experience in a relevant roleStrong working knowledge of CDM 2015, L144, and industry best practicesMembership of a ..... full job details .....
