This is a great opportunity to work on complex, high-value automation projects across the UK and Europe. The next project is based in Doncaster where you will work until March 2028. We''re recruiting a Construction Design and Management Managerto join a global engineering and automation business, supporting the safe delivery of automated distribution centres, high-bay warehouses and material handling installations. The Construction Design and Management Manager (CDM Manager) will work closely with clients, designers, automation engineers and construction teams to ensure health, safety and risk management are embedded throughout the design and construction lifecycle. Fixed Term Contract (until March 2028) £70,000-£80,000 per annum salary Plus bonus scheme Pension and private healthcare Professional development and support for further qualifications Exposure to advanced automation projects across the UK and Europe The Role Lead CDM compliance activities, supporting clients, Principal Designers and project teams in meeting their statutory responsibilities. Coordinate design risk assessments and multidisciplinary hazard elimination workshops. Review construction methods, installation sequences, lifting strategies and access requirements.
