CDM Project AdvisorA leading UK manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced HSE/CDM Project Advisor to support two concurrent CDM-notifiable construction projects at a North West site.This is a site-based, fixed-term role through to at least February 2027, acting as the Client-side HSE lead to ensure full CDM compliance, high safety standards, and robust, auditable documentation throughout both projects.Salary is highly competitive and negotiable depending on experience.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the Client''s HSE representative ensuring full compliance with CDM 2015Work closely with the Principal Contractor and Principal Designer to oversee HandS planning and deliveryReview and manage Construction Phase Plans and project HandS documentationConduct site inspections, audits and compliance checks across both projectsReview and approve RAMS and maintain a live compliance registerDeliver site inductions and support ongoing contractor engagementIssue and control permits to work (e.g. hot works, confined space, WAH, isolations)Investigate incidents and produce clear reports with root cause analysisMaintain full, auditable HSE records including inspections, permits and incident logsProvide regular HSE performance updates to senior stakeholdersSupport handover of the Health and Safety File on project completionPromote a positive safety culture across all contractors and site personnelRequirementsNEBOSH Construction Certificate (or equivalent) - essentialNEBOSH General ..... full job details .....
