CDM DesignerMotherwell, Scotland Permanent Hybrid WorkingBelcan Workforce Solutions is seeking a CDM Designer to join a growing multi-disciplinary engineering and project delivery team supporting complex projects across highly regulated sectors including Defence, Power, Custodial, and the wider public sector. This is a permanent opportunity based in Motherwell, with hybrid working available and a requirement to attend the office two days per week. As a CDM Designer, you will support the delivery of Principal Designer duties across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with design teams, contractors and clients to ensure health and safety considerations are embedded throughout the project lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM 2015 Regulations. Assist with the identification, elimination and management of foreseeable design and construction risks. Facilitate CDM and design risk review workshops with multidisciplinary teams. Develop and maintain CDM Risk Registers. Compile and coordinate Pre-Construction Information throughout the design phase.
