CDM Coordinator

We have a contract opportunity for an experienced CDM Advisor to join our client''s site based in Somerset. Principal AccountabilitiesAs a CDM-Advisor you will: Regularly monitor, measure, analyse and review performance in implementing the requirements of the Standard. Ensure information from all relevant Design Risk Registers, including Package DRRs and Integrated DRRs is assembled into a Master Design Risk Register. Provide the Pre-Construction Information they receive from the Client or other Designers to the appropriate parties e.g. Principal Contractor, Contractors and other Designers. Where the Client is missing PCI or additional surveys are required, the Designers and/or CDMA need to inform the Client if they are not already aware. The CDMA must confirm arrangements are in place to manage health and safety information flow relating to design. The CDMA shall prepare the Pre-Construction Information document for inclusion in the Invitation to Tender and update during the project and issue to relevant parties as required. The PCI is a live document, therefore it must be re-issued to relevant parties as and when it is updated. Agree the format and content of the Health and Safety File documentation with the Programme Manager. During the project the CDMA shall; Engage with the Designers and the Principal Contractor to explain the expectations of the Health and Safety File.
