CDM Consultant .The RoleAs a

CDM Consultant / Principal Designer , you will play a central role in advising clients on compliance with CDM 2015 regulations, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. You will act as the key point of contact for clients, design teams, and contractors, guiding them through the health and safety requirements from concept to completion.Your responsibilities will include:Acting as Principal Designer under CDM 2015 regulationsProviding specialist CDM consultancy and advice to clients and project teamsUndertaking design risk reviews and advising on design risk managementPreparing pre-construction information and reviewing health and safety filesCarrying out site inspections and audits to ensure complianceThe PersonThe ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, and keen to develop their career in a collaborative consultancy environment.
