This is a key role focused on ensuring full compliance with CDM Regulations, working closely with project teams, designers and contractors to embed health and safety throughout the lifecycle of projects. What Will You Be Doing? Leading the implementation of CDM compliance across projects Preparing and reviewing Pre-Construction Information (PCI) and Construction Phase Plans (CPP) Coordinating with designers and contractors to eliminate or reduce risk at design stage Carrying out site inspections and audits (nationwide travel required) Supporting RAMS reviews and contractor onboarding Maintaining accurate HSEQ documentation and Health and Safety Files Assisting with incident investigations and reporting Delivering toolbox talks, briefings and HSEQ training Promoting a positive safety culture across all project stakeholders What Will You Bring to the Party?
