Location: Bridgwater, Somerset Site based - HYBRID (3x days per week office attendance and 2x days per week remote working)Duration: Approved until 31dec26 (renewable)Status: Contract - INSIDE IR35 Morson Edge are working on behalf of a major player within the Energy Sector who have a current (contract) requirement for a Construction Design and Management (CDM) Advisor, to join their established site-based team in Somerset. If you''re looking for a challenge and have the enthusiasm and exceptional stakeholder management skills this role will require, this could be the role for you!Job Purpose / Overview The successful applicant will be a key member of the wider Technical Branch of the Joint Design Office JDO .For design changes made at the construction site, these duties are discharged through the JDO to ensure that CDM regulations are complied with.The role of the CDM team within the Technical Authority is to ensure compliance, provide expert advice and deliver training to the wider design teams to ensure the regulations are adhered to.
