This role involves ensuring all projects are fully compliant with CDM legislation, advising on design, and conducting site audits on framework contractors. The successful candidate will: Oversee and advise on the application of CDM Regulations, including the review of PCI, Design, and Construction Phase Plans. Conduct competency assessments on Framework Contractors for Designers and Principal Contractors. Perform site audits to monitor CDM compliance during design and construction phases.
