CCDO Labourer

Fairmead are currently looking for experienced CCDO Labourers / Operatives to join our team on a construction and demolition site in St Pauls, London.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general demolition and strip-out duties.
• Assist with soft strip and removal of non-structural materials.
• Clear rubble, waste and debris from the work area.
• Load and unload materials and assist the demolition team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and tidy working environment.
• Follow site health and safety procedures at all times.

Requirements

• Valid CCDO card.
• Previous demolition or strip-out experience.
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Full PPE and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
