We are recruiting for a part-time (21 hours per week) High Intensity Therapist based at HMP Highpoint, supporting adults with common mental health difficulties through evidence-based psychological interventions within a secure setting. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality therapeutic support, helping individuals improve their wellbeing and make positive, lasting changes to their lives. What you''ll be doing: Delivering high-intensity Step 3 interventions through both 1:1 and group-based therapy Conducting assessments and determining suitability for evidence-based treatments Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans in line with national guidance Managing a varied caseload and ensuring timely access to support Providing clinical and line management supervision to the Senior PWP Supporting service performance, quality improvement and service development initiatives Working collaboratively with healthcare teams, prison staff and external partner agencies What we''re looking for: Qualified High Intensity Therapist with relevant professional registration Experience delivering evidence-based interventions for common mental health conditions Strong assessment, risk management and ..... full job details .....
