This role is term-time only with no weekends, offering great flexibility.The Role£17.00 per hour30 hours per week, Monday – FridayTerm-time only – 39 weeks per yearYour Key Responsibilities Will IncludePreparing, cooking, and presenting food to Caterlink and client standardsEnsuring compliance with statutory and company requirements for Health and Safety, Food Safety, and environmental legislationEnhancing the company''s reputation through excellent food and service, exceeding client and customer expectationsManaging daily operations, supervising teams, managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plansActing as the main contact for the client at your school, recommending and implementing improvementsCommunicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and financial targetsSupporting and training team members, managing performance, and ensuring all training is completedCaterlink values diversity, equity, and inclusion, promoting a respectful environment where everyone has opportunities to grow.
