KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability Sectors.Job Title: Catering Tutor / Trainer (Trainee or Qualified)Location: Centre basedSalary: up to £40,000 - inclusive of location uplift (Depending on skills and experience)Type: Full Time, PermanentEssential Criteria:Must hold your own Level 2 Catering qualification.Ideally have experience of delivering training/workshops to groups of learners.Willingness to work towards PTLLS/AET - fully funded and supported by employerMust hold solid occupational competency within Catering/Hospitality.Must be IT Literate.Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Duties include:Teach/assess learners working towards Catering qualifications up to Level 2 within a classroom-based environment.Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners'' skills knowledge and behavioursMonitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.Embedding of Maths and English into sessions.Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner''s needs.Personal Skills:Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectivelyConfident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate peopleQuality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learnersPlease note:KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role ..... full job details .....
