What you''ll be doing:

• Lead, support and inspire a team of Food & Beverage Assistants
• Manage rotas, allocate duties, and oversee daily operations
• Take ownership of stock control, ordering, and waste management
• Ensure hygiene and safety standards are always met
• Serve customers, prepare drinks/food, and drive great customer experiences
• Collaborate with other departments to keep things running smoothly

What we''re looking for:

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or F&B
• Level 2 Food Hygiene & Health & Safety certificates
• Confident leading both front & back of house operations
• A natural communicator with strong leadership skills
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service

Please note: This is a full-time role, typically 35 hours per week, with shift patterns including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
