Role: Catering Supervisor / Head Chef
Location: West Yorkshire
Contract: Full-time, Temporary
Salary: -20 - -30 per hour

Eden Brown are seeking an Enthusiastic Catering Supervisor / Head Chef for a Further Education College who are seeking a motivated and skilled professional to join their Catering Services team on a temporary full-time basis.

Duties / Responsibilities:

-Oversee the day-to-day running of catering services across the College campus.
- Lead and support catering staff, including rota management, training, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all food hygiene, health & safety, and food safety regulations.
- Manage stock ordering, supplier relationships, and cost control.
- Deliver high-quality, nutritious meals that meet a range of dietary requirements.
- Support with hands-on chef duties when required.

About You:

-We''re looking for someone who has:
- Experience in a large-scale catering establishment.
- Strong supervisory/management experience in a catering setting.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering high standards of food and customer service.
- Level 3 qualification in Catering (or equivalent) and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience in an educational or college environment.
- Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Knowledge of budgeting and cost control.
